Returns Policy
We really hope you love your Pure Carbon apparel however, if something is not right, we are happy to accept exchanges or refunds on full price items, if all tags are attached and the garment is in as new condition.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the fulfilment notice date with a completed returns form, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense.
- You are entitled to choose an exchange or refund or credit according to the Australian Consumer Law, if the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications, descriptions, is unsafe or faulty.
- If you choose an exchange, the cost of shipping will be deducted, plus any price differentials from your refund. In the instance a more expensive item is chosen to be swapped with, then the cost difference plus postage will be due before shipment can be made.
- If no notice to is given within 30 days after delivery that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
- It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion, a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
Returns can take up to 2 weeks to be processed once we receive them, when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- Retail returns over $500.00 will incur a 10% restocking fee.
